Questions About State Licensing?

Why isn’t McGuff licensed in my state?

Every state establishes its own licensing requirements for outsourcing facilities. Some states require additional applications, documentation, inspections, or approvals before products may be distributed within their jurisdiction.

Because these requirements vary, McGuff Outsourcing Solutions may be licensed in some states while applications remain under review in others. Our team is actively working with state boards of pharmacy and other regulatory agencies to complete licensing applications and respond to state-specific requirements as efficiently as possible.

Licensing timelines are determined by each state's regulatory agency and may vary depending on application requirements, review schedules, requests for additional information, and agency processing times. Our team continues to work diligently to respond promptly to any requests from the applicable state agencies, provide any additional information required, and support the review process to help facilitate approvals as efficiently as possible.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak worldwide, the global demand for some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is exceeding current supply availability.

In addition, the manufacturing of the PPE and many other wound care/infection prevention products have been impacted by the global response to the Coronavirus. While you may see product availability reduction in the near-term, please be assured that we at McGuff Medical are continuing to work diligently to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products and alternative products to you.

Additionally, in order to ensure healthcare providers have access to the PPEs they need, the McGuff Company is temporarily limiting PPEs to healthcare providers.

As always, please feel free to reach out to our McGuff Customer Service team with any questions that you may have.
