As the President and CEO, Ron leads the management team in defining the strategic vision, mission, and ethical framework for all divisions while also directing resources for major programs.

His expertise and leadership have been crucial in securing a New Drug Approval (NDA) after an 11-year effort, along with obtaining orphan drug status, abbreviated new drug approvals (ANDAs) and multiple international drug approvals. Additionally, he played a key role in planning and executing a Phase 1 human pharmacokinetic (PK) clinical trial for a new drug with a small, dedicated team.

As Vice President of Operations at McGuff Company, Alicia M. McGuff brings over 35 years of proven leadership and operational expertise. She manages key departments, including warehouse operations, logistics and customer service, ensuring smooth product distribution and providing an excellent customer experience.

In addition to her operational leadership, Alicia also manages corporate-level duties across the entire McGuff family of companies, including oversight of accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax reporting, human resources and employee onboarding.

Her long-standing dedication and strategic contributions have been instrumental in driving operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance and upholding McGuff’s enduring commitment to both customers and employees.

Austin is the Chief Strategy Officer at McGuff Outsourcing Solutions, where he leads strategic initiatives that drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence. Over the past 10 years, he has developed expertise in process improvement, pharmaceutical manufacturing and customer experience within the McGuff Family of Companies. Austin brings deep industry knowledge and a dedication to building strong, value-driven partnerships with a customer-first mindset.

Austin is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and has a master’s degree in business administration. He enjoys reading books on professional development and strategy, as well as leading and mentoring teams toward a shared goal.

Si Pham has over 20 years of extensive experience as McGuff’s Pharmacist Manager. In his role, he enjoys solving problems and overcoming challenges. A key part of his dedication to McGuff has been working with many people from diverse backgrounds and fields of expertise, which has enriched his personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, Si enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling to his favorite destination, Kyoto, Japan.

As the Operations Technical Director at McGuff, Sami oversees initiatives for technical upgrades and champions innovation projects throughout the organization. 

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, Sami provides extensive technical knowledge, strategic insight and strong leadership in every aspect of his role. Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement, Sami thrives in team environments and is passionate about achieving shared goals. His expertise has been vital in enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining product quality and supporting the company's long-term vision.

When asked about his favorite aspects of working at McGuff, Sami said, “I sincerely believe in our mission and the meaningful impact we make. The company is led by strong, compassionate leaders and supported by dedicated teams who truly understand the importance of quality, employee well-being and patient care. McGuff consistently invests time and resources into continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver exceptional products and services."

In his free time, Sami enjoys spending quality time with his family, relaxing on the beach and staying active through various sports. He also loves traveling around the world to experience new cultures and explore iconic landmarks and natural wonders.

As the Director of Analytical Chemistry at McGuff, Ashok has nearly 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical chemistry, specializing in method development, validation, and regulatory compliance. He has held leadership roles at major pharmaceutical and CDMO companies and focuses on method development and validation, stability programs and lifecycle management.

Ashok has successfully supported numerous regulatory submissions and product launches throughout his career. He remains active in industry associations and has presented for the Association of Official Analytical Collaboration International (AOAC), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP).

Ashok is proud to lead a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety and effectiveness of our pharmaceutical products. What he enjoys most about working for McGuff is the culture of collaboration and integrity, where science-based decisions are both encouraged and supported. “It’s rewarding to contribute to a mission that reflects my professional values and dedication to excellence.”

When he's not working, Ashok enjoys reading about scientific innovations and going camping with friends and family. His favorite travel destination is India, where he loves visiting family and exploring the diverse regions, from the Himalayas to the Kerala backwaters.

Christie is our Quality Assurance Supervisor and has been with McGuff for 10 years. She earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy as well as a B.S. in Business Administration/Management Information Systems (MIS) and previously worked at several large tech companies before transitioning to become a pharmacist.

With a clinical background as a pharmacist and growing leadership experience in quality assurance, Christie is committed to improving QA processes and ensuring compliance to maintain patient safety and promote operational excellence.

When asked about her favorite parts of working at McGuff, Christie said, “I’m proud to be part of a team that genuinely cares about product quality, values integrity and is committed to patient care. The work is meaningful, the standards are high and I feel empowered to make a difference every day.”

In her free time, Christie enjoys reading personal development books and traveling.
