If a product or service experience does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Our U.S. based Pharmaceutical Customer Support Specialists handle all order and account inquiries, while our licensed Pharmacists are available for professional consultation on product use, development, and therapeutic questions.

All concerns must be arranged within 15 days of receipt. Please call 1 (877) 444-1133, and our U.S.-based customer service team will assist you.

Definitions

Customer means the purchaser listed on the quotation or invoice. Seller means McGuff Outsourcing Solutions (MOS). Products means any compounded or manufactured drugs sold by McGuff Outsourcing Solutions. Order means a confirmed request for Products by the Customer.

Orders & Payment Terms

Orders may be placed online or by calling 1 (877) 444-1133, Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Pacific Time. After-hours messages will be returned on the next business day.

McGuff Outsourcing Solutions accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® credit cards. No credit card surcharge applies, and cards are not charged until shipment. Payment terms are Net 30 days for approved accounts. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge or the maximum allowed by law. McGuff Outsourcing Solutions reserves the right to withdraw credit terms at any time.

Pricing & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices include standard shipping costs (UPS 2nd Day Air). Additional charges may apply for expedited, international, or specialized shipments. Prices are subject to change without notice. McGuff Outsourcing Solutions charges applicable sales tax and reports to all required jurisdictions. There are no hidden fees or handling charges.

Shipping & Delivery (Domestic)

Available shipping methods include:

  • - Overnight
  • - 2nd Day Air (standard service)
  • - Ground (for nearby customers)

McGuff Outsourcing Solutions includes 2nd Day Air costs in pricing. All orders are insured and guaranteed to arrive without damage. Customers should report shipping issues promptly.


Delivery timelines are based on the date of shipment, not the date of order. The selected shipping service level takes effect once the order has been processed and released to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in writing.


Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
McGuff Outsourcing Solutions includes 2nd Day Air shipping costs for customers within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require 2nd Day Air service, and customers in these locations will be charged an additional $35.00 per case.

Risk of Loss, Insurance & Damage Claims

All orders are insured at McGuff Outsourcing Solutions’s expense during transit. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery. McGuff Outsourcing Solutions is not liable for temperature excursions or damage occurring after delivery.

Returns, Refunds and Resolution of Concerns

McGuff Outsourcing Solutions (MOS) proudly stands behind the quality of all compounded sterile drug products we manufacture. Due to the nature of these products, McGuff Outsourcing Solutions does not accept returns unless authorized by McGuff Outsourcing Solutions for verified product quality defects, shipping errors, or regulatory recalls.


“Verified product quality defects” are limited to objective, McGuff Outsourcing Solutions-determined issues such as sterility failures, potency failures, labeling errors, or other deviations from McGuff Outsourcing Solutions specifications. Subjective concerns—including perceived clinical effectiveness, individual response, or preference—do not constitute product quality defects and are not eligible for product return.

However, as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, McGuff Outsourcing Solutions is committed to ensuring that every customer receives courteous, professional, and responsive support. If a product or service experience does not meet customer expectations, MOS will make every reasonable effort to address the concern.


No return will be accepted without prior written authorization from McGuff Outsourcing Solutions. All concerns must be submitted within 15 days of receipt. Customers may contact McGuff Outsourcing Solutions at 1 (877) 444-1133.

Force Majeure

McGuff Outsourcing Solutions shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.

Privacy & Data Protection

McGuff Outsourcing Solutions maintains confidentiality of all customer information and complies with applicable privacy laws. Customer information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment or regulatory compliance.

Warranties & Disclaimers

McGuff Outsourcing Solutions warrants that all products conform to specifications listed on the Certificate of Analysis at the time of shipment when stored as directed. No other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.

Limitation of Liability

McGuff Outsourcing Solutions’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected products. McGuff Outsourcing Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Venue for disputes shall be the courts of Orange County, California. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Entire Agreement & Modifications

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between McGuff Outsourcing Solutions and the Customer. No modification is binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak worldwide, the global demand for some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is exceeding current supply availability.

In addition, the manufacturing of the PPE and many other wound care/infection prevention products have been impacted by the global response to the Coronavirus. While you may see product availability reduction in the near-term, please be assured that we at McGuff Medical are continuing to work diligently to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products and alternative products to you.

Additionally, in order to ensure healthcare providers have access to the PPEs they need, the McGuff Company is temporarily limiting PPEs to healthcare providers.
